for the citizens of Venus.

to the Venus High School/Community Library!
It is mission of the library program of Venus to PROVIDE ACCESS to materials and services which complement and enhance the curriculum and meet the information needs and interests of students, faculty,staff, and community.
The library’s collection of reference, non-fiction, fiction, periodicals, and videos includes over 22,000 items.
The library provides high speed internet access.
Since the high school library also serves as a community library, our students have access to TEXSHARE, a state library database program of over fifty powerful electronic research resources, available 24 hours a day.
The Texas Education Agency has provided all schools with the K-12 Database Program for home and school use. This package includes Britannica Online in both English and Spanish, several Ebsco products including Kids Search, Consumer Health, Global Reference Center, Business Source, Searchasaurus and Ebsco Host, one of the most complete research tools available.
