Superintendent Constraint 1
The Superintendent shall not allow adults to fail in using Continuous Improvement Practices in the pursuit of
excellence.
SC-CPM 1.1 The Superintendent will work collaboratively with Principals to develop, monitor fidelity of implementation, and adjust
strategies for continuous improvement.
SC-CPM 1.2 The Superintendent shall not allow campuses to fail in properly implementing policies and procedures.
SC-CPM 1.3 The Superintendent will not allow campuses to fail in exhibiting professionalism toward parents and all others.
SC-CPM 1.4 The Superintendent’s time management will reflect prioritization of executive responsibilities.
Superintendent Constraint 2
The Superintendent shall not allow adults to fail in taking responsibility for each student’s growth.
SC-CPM 2.1 The Superintendent will work collaboratively with Principals to set an annual Student Performance Goal.
SC-CPM 2.2 The Superintendent will work collaboratively with the Principals to strategize for success of the goal.
SC-CPM 2.3 The results of the Principals goals will be reflected in their T-PESS evaluations.
Superintendent Constraint 3
The Superintendent shall not create or contribute to a non-collaborative culture.
SC-CPM 3.1 Initiatives and practices will be developed in collaboration with applicably representative faculty and staff.
SC-CPM 3.2 Initiatives and practices will be developed in collaboration with the Board.
SC-CPM 3.3 All requested or promised materials and information will be delivered accurately and not less than 72 hrs. before a Board meeting.
